All sales are FINAL and we thank you for purchasing and hope you're happy with your art.   

However, there are exceptions such as:

Damaged Goods.

Shipping can sometimes cause damges and if that's the case then by all means contact me at hello@cherrybombstudio.ca to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• All Returns must be post marked within fourteen(14) days of purchase
• All returns must be in new/unused condition with all tags attached.

To return an item, [please email me at hello@cherrybombstudio.ca] we will contact you with details on returning the item and provide you with a return form.

You will need to place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

You cover the cost of shipping.  It will be added to the final price once I know what the cost will be.

I will send a copy of the invoice vis email with a tracking number from Canada Post.

Alternately, If you live locally we can arrange a pick up.
